to section 18 of the original Act

In section 18 of the original Act,-

(1) instead of the word "Investigation" in some places, the word "Investigation" has been placed.
(2) In clause (a) of the restrictive phrase “post-mortem report
(Post-mortem Report)" words have been replaced with "Autopsy Report".
(3) In place of clause (b) of the restrictive phrase, the following clause (b) has been placed:- “(b) Even if the concerned person has not appeared in the court and has not done so, the documents, writings, bonds, documents collected by the authorized officer in accordance with the law for the purpose of arrest. Evidence, test report of a subject, expert's opinion or report, electronic evidence or statement, etc. can be taken as evidence immediately obtained.
